Ingredients

  • Rabbit Legs - 8.8 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the rabbit, dry it, season with salt and pepper.

Fry in a skillet until golden brown.

Slice the onion into rings. Grate the cheese.
