Ingredients

  • Rabbit Fillet - 17.6 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Dry adjika - to taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 1 teaspoon

Rinse the rabbit in cold water and let it soak for 10 minutes.

Then dry it with paper towels and place it in the heated oil in the skillet.
