Ingredients
- Rabbit Legs - 1 piece
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Green peppercorns - 0 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 1.1 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 2.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 1 fl oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 7 fl oz
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the rabbit leg with spices and salt.
Step 2
Sear the rabbit leg in a deep skillet on both sides until golden brown. Optionally, you can add a clove of garlic, some carrots, and onions.
Step 3
Then add meat or chicken broth to the rabbit. Cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Add boiled wild mushrooms, cream, and butter to the meat. Simmer for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve beautifully, as shown in the picture.
