Description

  • Rabbit - 10.6 oz
  • Scallions - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Pumpkin - 4.2 oz
  • Carrot - 1.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0.1 oz
  • White Pepper (whole) - 0.1 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 0.4 oz
  • Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

To prepare the meatballs, pass the rabbit meat through a meat grinder twice, mix well with chopped green onion, salt, and finely chopped ice. Form into balls and fry in oil until just set to hold the shape of the meatballs.

Step 2

To prepare the pumpkin sauce, sauté pieces of pumpkin with carrot. Pour in chicken broth and cook until the pumpkin is tender. Then blend, add chili pepper, white pepper, season with salt, and simmer together with the rabbit meatballs.

Step 3

Serve in a small black pot with toasted bread drizzled with olive oil, topped with olive powder. The dish is ready!
