Ingredients
- Rabbit - 2 lbs
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- 9% Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Spices - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz

Step 1
Cut the rabbit into portion-sized pieces, cover with cold water, and add vinegar. Let it sit for 1 hour. The ratio is 1 tablespoon of vinegar per liter of water.
Step 2
Remove the rabbit, rinse it, pat it dry with a towel, and brown it on all sides until golden. Transfer to the multicooker.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin rings or half-rings, and sauté in the same pan until golden brown.
Step 4
