Rabbit Stew in a Multicooker

Ingredients

  • Rabbit - 2 lbs
  • 10% cream - 17 fl oz
  • 9% Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Spices - to taste
  • Butter - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the rabbit into portion-sized pieces, cover with cold water, and add vinegar. Let it sit for 1 hour. The ratio is 1 tablespoon of vinegar per liter of water.

Step 2

Remove the rabbit, rinse it, pat it dry with a towel, and brown it on all sides until golden. Transfer to the multicooker.

Step 3

Slice the onion into thin rings or half-rings, and sauté in the same pan until golden brown.

Step 4

Add the sautéed onion to the rabbit, pour in the cream, add spices and butter. Cook on the 'Stew' setting for 1 hour. Done! Enjoy your meal!
