Description

- Onion - 2 heads
- Rabbit - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 5 pieces
- Spices - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the rabbit into portion-sized pieces. Sauté in a pan until browned. Transfer to a stewing pot.
Step 2
Then sauté the onion. Next, add the carrot to the onion and sauté as well. Transfer the sautéed mixture to the rabbit. Add pepper, bay leaf, and spices.
Step 3
Pour in water just above the meat, and add salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the diced potatoes, pour in more water, and stew until cooked through. If necessary, add more salt. After cooking, you can sprinkle with herbs.
