Description
Rabbit meat is lean and can be fed to children starting from as early as six months old, or even earlier. While the child does not have teeth, you can make purees from the rabbit, and when the teeth come in, you can bake or boil the meat.
Ingredients
- Rabbit Legs - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Thyme - 4 stalks
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic cloves with a knife, pour olive oil over them, add thyme and salt, mix everything together, and marinate the rabbit legs for about an hour.
Step 2
Place the marinated rabbit in a deep baking dish and put it in the preheated oven at 356°F for forty minutes.
Step 3
When the time is up, add the apple slices cut into large wedges to the same dish. Bake for another fifteen minutes.
Step 4
Serve the rabbit legs with baked apples or boiled rice.
