- Lemon - 1 piece
- Rabbit - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Fresh Rose Hips - 3 stalks
- Red cocktail cherry - 5.3 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the rabbit into small pieces and place them in a deep bowl. Add peeled garlic cloves, sliced lemon, olive oil, rosemary leaves, honey, salt, and ground pepper. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the rabbit along with the marinade to a baking tray, sprinkle cherry tomatoes on top, and bake at 320°F for one and a half hours.
