  • Dill - 0.7 oz
  • Scallions - 0.7 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - 0.7 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 1.8 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix a teaspoon of grated lemon zest with the juice of one lemon, vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Chop the dill, parsley, green onions, radish greens, and basil coarsely. Tear the lettuce into green flakes by hand. Slice the radishes thinly using a slicer or a knife. Toss the herbs, lettuce flakes, and radishes with the dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
