  • Beef - 5.3 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Green peppercorns - 4 pieces
  • Water - 1 qt

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil a piece of beef with bay leaves and pepper.

Step 2

Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil with sugar until caramelized.

Step 3

Grate the radish on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sunflower oil, and whisking with a fork until smooth.

Step 5
