- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Scallions - 1.1 oz
- Herbs - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the young beet greens, finely chop them, add salt, and lightly press to release the juice.
Step 2
Grate the radish and fresh cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Step 3
