Ingredients

  • Radish - 7.1 oz
  • Walnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 3.5 oz
  • Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Scallions - 1.1 oz
  • Herbs - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the young beet greens, finely chop them, add salt, and lightly press to release the juice.

Step 2

Grate the radish and fresh cucumbers on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Toast the walnut halves in a dry skillet and chop them.

Step 4

To prepare the dressing, whisk the sour cream with the crushed yolk, then add finely chopped green onions and dill and parsley herbs.

Step 5

Combine the vegetables with the beet greens and nuts, dress the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
