- Golden Trout - 21.2 oz
- Lime - 1.8 oz
- Brussels Sprouts - 10.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Flaky sea salt - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and clean the fish, cut it into steaks about 5–7 cm thick, and rub with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place the fish in a baking dish, put a piece of lime in the center of each steak, and arrange the sprouts around it. Cook for about 17–20 minutes.
