Ingredients
- Mashed Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 10 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Aged gouda cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the hot mashed potatoes with a whisk, adding sour cream, small pieces of feta cheese, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with fat, spread the mashed potatoes in it, and smooth with a spatula. Preheat the oven to 356°F. Peel the eggplants and zucchini, slice them into rounds, and fry in hot oil in batches.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, and slice them into rounds.
Step 4
Evenly arrange the vegetables and olives on top of the mashed potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Bake for about 35 minutes.
