- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Courgette - 17.6 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with oregano, add the bay leaf, and sauté in a large pot with olive oil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and pumpkin, mix them with the onion and spices, and let simmer on low heat covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
