- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Suluguni Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Adyghe cheese - 1.1 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Basil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead a firm dough from the eggs and flour.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the herbs. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly, cut out shapes with cookie cutters, fill with the cheese mixture, and seal in any shape.
Step 4
Drop into boiling water. Cook for 1.5–2 minutes (do not cook longer, although if you like soft dough, you can cook it longer).
Step 5
