Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Water - 1 glass
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and chop the spinach, then mix it with the ricotta.
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs in a mixer, then add salt, flour, and egg yolks, and mix in the mixer. Divide the resulting dough into two parts and roll out into thin sheets.
Step 3
On one sheet of dough, place the filling in small balls, spaced 5 cm apart. Cover with a second sheet. Cut into squares and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
