- Spinach - 7.1 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sage - 1 sprig
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Mix the two types of flour and the yolk, then refrigerate for two hours. Roll out thin dough and cut into circles.
