Ravioli with Spinach and Sorrel

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Spinach - 10.6 oz
  • Sorrel - 10.6 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Herbes de Provence - to taste
  • Cheese Spread - 0.7 oz
  • Garlic - 2 heads
  • Wheat Flour - 9.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Knead the dough from flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Chop the spinach and sorrel. Sauté on low heat with water for 10 minutes. Add herbs de Provence.

Step 3

Roll out the dough (thickness 2 mm) and divide it in half. Place the filling 4 cm apart. Cover with the second layer and press down. Cut out the ravioli and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Peel the tomatoes. Sauté in olive oil until soft. Add crushed garlic. Remove from heat and immediately place on the boiled ravioli.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on top.
