Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Spinach - 10.6 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh Mint - 0.7 oz
- Goat cheese - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dumpling dough. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash the spinach, dry it, and chop finely.
Step 3
Grate the goat cheese on a coarse grater. Mix with cottage cheese, ricotta, and spinach. Add salt. The filling is ready. You can add a little chopped mint; I added about half a teaspoon.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, cut out circles like for dumplings. Place the filling in each circle. Seal them like dumplings.
Step 5
Boil in lightly salted water for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Place on a plate, add a piece of butter, sprinkle with chopped mint and grated goat cheese.
