- White Cabbage - 3.5 oz
- Pickled garlic - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the beetroot and carrot using a Korean carrot grater.
Step 2
Finely shred the cabbage and massage it to release its juices.
Step 3
Chop the onion and soak it in brine (2 tablespoons of hot water + 1 teaspoon of vinegar + 1 teaspoon of sugar) for about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the herbs (dill, parsley, celery stalk).
Step 5
Combine all ingredients, add salt, sugar, black pepper, and vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
