  • Buckwheat sprouts - 0 oz
  • Dried carrot - a pinch
  • Tomato - 1 piece
  • Sweet Pepper - ¼ piece
  • Onion - ¼ piece
  • Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons

Take sprouted green buckwheat.
