  • Fresh Corn Kernels - 3 cups
  • Grape Tomatoes - 2 cups
  • Radishes - 6 pieces
  • Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Shallot - 1 piece
  • Feta cheese - 3 oz
  • Chopped Basil Leaves - ¼ cup
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Shiso Leaves - ¼ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the salad: combine corn, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, shallot, feta cheese, and herbs in a large bowl. Gently mix.

Step 2

For the dressing: combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl or a sealed container.
