Description
It doesn't resemble cooked chickpea hummus very much, but there is something similar in the mix. Recipe from the instructions for a masticating juicer.
Ingredients
- Sunflower Seeds - 1½ cups
- Onion - ½ g
- Parsley - 2.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - ¼ cup
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 cup
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper - to taste
- Grated Ginger Root - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the seeds for 8 hours.
Step 2
Chop the parsley and onion.
Step 3
Mix them with the seeds.
Step 4
Pass the mixture through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Combine with the remaining ingredients.
