- Celery salt - 8.8 oz
- Pickles - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Cashew - 5.3 oz
- Dates - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the sweet potato, celery root, pickles, and onion.
Step 2
Then, prepare the raw vegan mayonnaise from the remaining ingredients. Blend the cashews in a blender or food processor. Finely chop the garlic and dates. Mix the cashews, garlic, dates with lemon juice and oil. If necessary, add a sweetener (honey, agave, stevia) and salt.
Step 3
Combine the diced vegetables with the prepared mayonnaise.
