Ingredients
- Pickled garlic - 1.8 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
- Celery stalk - 1.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
- Green pickled tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Croutons - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the celery stalk and boil for about 10–15 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Chop the cherry tomatoes, pickled tomatoes, napa cabbage, and onions, then add the beans.
Step 3
Add the cooled celery.
Step 4
Mix everything together and dress with sunflower oil and balsamic vinegar.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle croutons on top of the salad.
Step 6
You can also add parsley or dill on top.
