- Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons

- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
