- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Red Currant - ½ head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage. Remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into thin strips. Peel the oranges and carefully cut out the segments with a sharp knife.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the vinegar and sugar. Add the vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the cabbage, pepper, and orange segments to the dressing. Then add the cilantro, gently mix, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
