Ingredients
- Red Currant - 10.6 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - 4 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 4 teaspoons
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - ½ head
- Green Apples - ½ piece
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 2 teaspoons
- Ketchup - 0.7 oz
- Red Curry Powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage and transfer it to a pot of boiling salted water. Cook for a few minutes until almost tender. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, vinegar, lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped onion and finely chopped apple to the cabbage. Toss, dress with the sauce, and mix again.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, mustard, ketchup, and a little curry powder.
