- Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
- Green Apples - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 2.3 oz
- Red Currant - 2 lbs

Step 1
In a blender, combine 1 tablespoon of lingonberry jam, mustard, and vinegar. Gradually add the oil while continuing to blend. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Grate three-quarters of the apple and mix it with the finely shredded cabbage. Add the walnuts, reserving a few for garnish, and the remaining jam. Drizzle with the dressing, season with salt and pepper. Mix well, plate, and garnish with the remaining apple and walnuts.
