- Potato - 6 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Parsley - ½ bunches
- Dill - ½ bunches
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a sheet of foil.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, rinse them, slice them into 1–1.5 cm thick rounds, and lay them out in a single layer on foil.
Step 3
Season the potatoes with salt and sprinkle with potato seasoning.
Step 4
Place a piece of red fish (you can use a frozen fillet) on the layer of potatoes, season with salt, and sprinkle with fish seasoning.
Step 5
Place two slices of lemon and a few sprigs of parsley and dill on top of the fish.
Step 6
Seal the edges of the foil tightly around the fish, and you can make 2-3 small holes on top to allow steam to escape.
Step 7
Repeat steps 1–6 for the remaining pieces of fish.
Step 8
Place the pieces of red fish wrapped in foil on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for 20–25 minutes.
Step 9
Place each piece wrapped in foil on a serving plate and serve at the table.
