Ingredients
- Red drum fish - 17.6 oz
- Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Cream - 5 fl oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the fish steaks.
Step 2
Separate the bones from the fillet.
Step 3
Salt and season with pepper.
Step 4
Rinse the cauliflower.
Step 5
Divide into florets.
Step 6
Boil in salted water for 3–4 minutes.
Step 7
Drain the cauliflower in a colander.
Step 8
Rinse the herbs and chop finely.
Step 9
Combine the cream, egg, and herbs.
Step 10
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 11
Add to the mixture and stir until smooth. Lightly salt.
Step 12
Arrange the fish and cauliflower in a baking dish and pour over the cream mixture. Preheat the oven to 374°F and bake for 30 minutes.
