Red Fish with Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Red drum fish - 2 lbs
- Ham - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 7.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Strawberry - to taste
- Rollton Noodles - 2.1 oz
- Red Caviar - ½ jar
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Gut the fish, marinate for an hour in mayonnaise with soy sauce and any fish spices.
Step 2
Mix the ice cream with red caviar and stuff the fish with it, place the fish on a baking sheet. Top with pieces of ham and onion rings. Garnish with halved strawberries. Break the Rollton noodles and sprinkle around the fish.
Step 3
Bake in the oven until cooked through. Serve.
