Red Fish with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Red drum fish - 2 lbs
  • Ham - 3.5 oz
  • Vanilla Ice Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Soy Sauce - to taste
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Strawberry - to taste
  • Rollton Noodles - 2.1 oz
  • Red Caviar - ½ jar

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Gut the fish, marinate for an hour in mayonnaise with soy sauce and any fish spices.

Step 2

Mix the ice cream with red caviar and stuff the fish with it, place the fish on a baking sheet. Top with pieces of ham and onion rings. Garnish with halved strawberries. Break the Rollton noodles and sprinkle around the fish.

Step 3

Bake in the oven until cooked through. Serve.
