Description
You can, of course, fry them in a pan, but I do everything in the oven.
Ingredients
- Cilantro - to taste
- Lentils - 10.6 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 3 tablespoons
- Red Curry Powder - to taste
- Ground Cumin - to taste
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Minced garlic - 4 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion well, adding a spoonful of brown sugar.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F (convection).
Step 3
Rinse the lentils and boil for 15 minutes, then drain. Add the flour (I used hummus flour), spices, garlic, and cilantro, and mix everything together.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it well with vegetable oil, and form the patties.
Step 5
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
