Red Mullet with Green Beans
Ingredients
- Red mullet fillet - 5 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 6 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fish from scales. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet (which should be lined with parchment paper).
Step 2
Add the green beans, olives, cherry tomatoes, and whole cloves of garlic (without cutting) to the dish. Optionally, you can add potatoes.
Step 3
Drizzle everything with olive oil and soy sauce. Make sure to place the green beans on top of the fish, so the red mullet stays moist and flavorful.
Step 4
Place in the oven and bake at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
