Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 26.5 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roast the peppers in the oven until the skin starts to char. Transfer to a plastic bag and cool for 15–20 minutes. Peel off the skin and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl and add the peppers.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic and mix it with the oil and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and add vinegar. Combine with the vegetables and serve on a platter.
