Ingredients
- Canned chickpeas - 14.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Canned Roasted Peppers - 2 pieces
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chili Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Place them in a blender. Peel the garlic and add it to the blender with the chickpeas. Season with salt and pepper. Blend everything until smooth.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the peppers. Add them to the blender along with the lemon juice, olive oil, and chili powder. Blend until pureed.
Step 3
Season to taste. Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with breadsticks, celery sticks, or radishes if desired.
