  • Rhubarb - 10.6 oz
  • Strawberry - 17.6 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 3 stems
  • Brown Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ricotta cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean and finely chop the rhubarb.

Step 2

Sprinkle it with sugar and let it sit for 10–15 minutes to release its juice.

Step 3

Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them lengthwise into quarters.

Step 4

Tear off fresh young mint leaves.

Step 5

For the dressing, mix the ricotta with maple syrup and cinnamon until well combined.
