Then sift the flour and mix all the ingredients to make the crumble.

The butter or margarine should be warm; pay attention to the fat content, it shouldn't be too fatty.

After mixing all the crumble ingredients, evenly distribute it over the rhubarb and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes, until the crust is crispy and brown.
