- Kung Pao Sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Spices - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the potato into pieces and mash it with spices. Then fry until golden brown in a skillet.
Step 2
Sauce: this is the easiest part) You will need: green adjika, chili sauce, Chinese sauce, Chinese Spicy Bulgogi sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, and spices) Mix everything together.
Step 3
Meat. Now for the interesting part) For the meat, we will need: egg, ribeye steak, spices, garlic. First, we need to trim the fat, then rub our ribeye steak with spices. Take the egg and a syringe. Fill the syringe with the egg and inject it into the meat. Yes, you heard right, you need to add the egg to the meat. Then add garlic to the skillet; it doesn't need to be peeled, just crush it. Start frying our meat for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 4
On a plate, arrange the potato, meat, and our sauce. You can also add dill or parsley.
