Description
Ribs with Young Cabbage and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- White Cabbage - ½ head
- Canned Truffles - 5.3 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the vegetable base on the baking sheet. Slice the onion into half-rings and layer it on the baking sheet. A glass baking dish is preferable. You can slightly press the onion and add a little salt to taste.
Step 2
Next, add the cabbage. Shred the cabbage as you would for a salad and place it on the baking sheet without squeezing it too much.
Step 3
Then add the canned champignon mushrooms. Slice them into half-rings and layer them on top.
Step 4
Cover everything with spicy tomato sauce. But don't overdo it... though everyone can cook to their own taste.
Step 5
Prepare the pork ribs. Soak, wash, and dry them. My opinion is... the simpler, the tastier. So I didn't come up with a marinade. Just salt, pepper, and you can add a little sugar.
Step 6
Next, place the ribs on the vegetable base. Pour a glass of water on top. Place in the oven at a temperature of 180–392°F. Cook for 50–70 minutes.
