Rice and Mushroom Casserole
Ingredients
- Rice - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 8.8 oz
- Champignon Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted water.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Sauté the onion, then add the mushrooms.
Step 4
Mix the rice with half of the cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
Step 5
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the rice, then the mushrooms with onions, followed by the remaining rice. Sprinkle with the second half of the grated cheese and decorate with a few mushrooms on top.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes at 392°F.
