- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Butter - 2 teaspoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Fat - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Rinse the rice, pour 100 ml of boiling water over it, and cook for 15 minutes, then drain in a sieve.
Step 2
Place the rice in a pot, pour hot milk over it, and cook covered.
Step 3
When the rice absorbs all the milk, add salt and stir.
Step 4
In a greased skillet, layer the rice porridge, sprinkling cheese over each layer.
Step 5
Sprinkle cheese over the top layer and drizzle with melted butter.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven until done.
