- Rice - 1 cup
- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Parsnip - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Celery salt - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, pour in 400 ml of boiling water, add salt, and cook over low heat until thickened.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and cut the carrot and parsnip into thin strips.
Step 3
Rinse the meat, cut it into small pieces, and lightly fry in a deep skillet with heated vegetable oil.
Step 4
Add the carrot and parsnip to the skillet, sauté while stirring for 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper, pour in 500 ml of water, and simmer covered until the meat and vegetables are cooked.
Step 5
Wash and chop the celery greens.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Mix the cooked porridge with the vegetables, meat, and beaten eggs, transfer to a saucepan, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the finished casserole on individual plates, garnished with celery greens.
