- Rice - ½ cup
- Cervelat Sausage - 8.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and cut the sausage into small cubes.
Step 2
Mix the rice, sausage, eggs, and 100 g of cheese. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place everything in a greased baking dish, spread with mayonnaise (or sour cream), and top with the tomato, sliced into thin rounds.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 374°F. Remove, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
