- Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz

Cool the thick rice porridge cooked in salted water.
Step 2
Add the eggs and salt, mix, and form cutlets. Make the cutlets firmer, as rice tends to fall apart, especially if there are not enough eggs for the amount of rice.
Step 3
Coat with breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in sunflower oil.
