Description
This salad would also look great with shrimp and fresh cucumbers, cut into thin strips. The shrimp can be marinated for a few minutes in sauce before adding them to the salad. If the dressing tastes too salty for your liking, reduce the amount of fish sauce.

- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Lime - 3 pieces
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 fl oz
- Fish Oil - 4 spoons
- Cilantro - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the noodles in freshly boiled salted water for three minutes, then rinse the noodles with cold water.
Step 2
Grate the zest of one lime, and squeeze the juice from all three limes. Mix the juice and zest with sunflower oil, sesame oil, and fish sauce.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss with thinly sliced chili peppers, onions, garlic, and cilantro.
