- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms - 3 tablespoons
- Black Bean Paste - 3 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 2 teaspoons
- Sesame Oil - ¾ teaspoon
- Rice Noodles - 21.2 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Green peppercorns - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the beef against the grain into thin pieces and place it in a bowl with minced garlic, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, black bean sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Mix well, ensuring the beef pieces are fully coated with the sauce.
Step 2
Soak the rice noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft. Drain the water.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the sliced peppers and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the beef mixture and cook for another minute. Add the noodles and mix well. Continue to stir-fry until the beef is cooked through. Add the chopped cilantro, mix, and remove from heat.
