Description
You can easily do without oyster sauce. Substitute ginger with dried ginger.
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz
- Fresh Champignon Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili Pepper - 1 piece
- Zucchini - ½ piece
- Ginger - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 6 tablespoons
- Oyster Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Sesame - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the noodles and rinse them. Chop the cilantro.
Step 2
Prepare all the vegetables and sauce in advance, as they need to be added to the pan literally one after the other and stir-fried for about 5-7 minutes. Slice the mushrooms, cut the bell pepper into thin strips, remove the seeds from the chili and slice it thinly, and julienne the zucchini (you can use a special grater). Peel the ginger and finely chop it. Peel the garlic and prepare a garlic press.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and add the sugar. Mix well with a fork. Add the cornstarch and mix again.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, you can add sesame oil to it. Add the ginger and press in the garlic. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Next, add the remaining ingredients step by step, stir-frying each for 30 seconds: pour in the sauce (30 seconds), add the peppers (30 seconds), mushrooms, zucchini, sesame (you get the idea).
Step 6
Mix in the noodles, sprinkle with cilantro, and turn off the heat.
