- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
- Apple Wine - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Rice Noodles - 5.3 oz

- Chili jam - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Broth - 6 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Meanwhile, place the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let sit for 3-4 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 2
Heat a wok over high heat. Add the oil and spread it over the surface. Add 4 chopped green onion stalks, minced garlic, ginger, and chili sauce, and cook for 10 seconds, then add the pork and cook for 2 minutes, stirring and breaking up clumps. Add the broth, sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and the remaining soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil.
Step 3
Add the noodles to the wok and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, stirring, for 7-8 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated. Serve, garnished with the remaining green onions.

Mix the pork, cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, and 0.5 teaspoons of sesame oil. Mix well by hand, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
