- Rice - 2.8 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 0.9 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the milk with 50 ml of water, add salt, pour in the rinsed rice, and cook the porridge.
Step 2
Peel the carrot, wash it, dry it, grate it on a coarse grater, and sauté it under a lid with added butter.
Step 3
Mix the sautéed carrot with the porridge, add the egg and sugar, and stir well.
Step 4
Form patties from the mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in melted butter.
Step 5
Serve with sour cream or melted butter.
